Ioanna Apartment 2 is a modern first-floor apartment located in our newly built two-storey residence in Minothiana, Kolymvari, Chania, Crete. Designed with comfort and style in mind, it’s ideal for couples or families with children who want to enjoy the beauties of Western Crete as it is strategically located for excursions to some of the most famous beaches. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes:
- Open-plan living room and kitchen: Spacious area with a comfortable L-shaped sofa bed (sleeps 2 – ideal for children), smart TV, air-conditioning, and large windows that fill the room with natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential utensils and small appliances.
- Bedroom: Double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, and access to a private balcony.
- Bathroom: Walk-in shower, sink, WC, and washing machine.
- Balcony: Private outdoor space with table and chairs — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink.

- Please note that this is an apartment for professional use that has been licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT) which is required by Greek law. This license allows property owners to legally rent their accommodation to vacationers, as long as they comply with a set of standards and specific conditions for the safety and comfort of guests. License number: 10683885
- As of 1/1/2024, the Greek government has imposed a “Special Tax for Accommodation” of 2 euros per night. The Climate Resilience Tax (€2 per night) is included in the total price.
- The apartment can accommodate at maximum 4 guests. It can be a couple, a family with kids or 3 adults.
- The minimum stay is 4 nights.
- Check-in is after 16:00 and Check-out before 10:00.
