Ioanna Apartment 1 is a bright and modern ground-floor apartment, part of our newly built two-storey residence in Minothiana, Kolymvari, Chania, Crete. Designed with comfort and style in mind, it’s ideal for couples or families with children who want to enjoy the beauties of Western Crete as it is strategically located for excursions to some of the most famous beaches. The apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes:
- Open-plan living room and kitchen: Spacious and cozy, featuring an L-shaped sofa bed (sleeps 2 – ideal for children), a smart TV, air-conditioning, large sliding windows facing the yard, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, and all essential utensils and small appliances.
- Bedroom: Comfortable double bed, wardrobe, dressing table with mirror, air-conditioning, and direct access to the yard.
- Bathroom: Walk-in shower, sink, WC, and washing machine.
- Outdoor space: Private yard with a wooden table, 4 chairs, and a large umbrella — perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.

- Please note that this is an apartment for professional use that has been licensed by the Greek National Tourism Organization (EOT) which is required by Greek law. This license allows property owners to legally rent their accommodation to vacationers, as long as they comply with a set of standards and specific conditions for the safety and comfort of guests. License number: 10768696
- As of 1/1/2024, the Greek government has imposed a “Special Tax for Accommodation” of 2 euros per night. The Climate Resilience Tax (€2 per night) is included in the total price.
- The apartment can accommodate at maximum 4 guests. It can be a couple, a family with kids or 3 adults.
- The minimum stay is 4 nights.
- Check-in is after 16:00 and Check-out before 10:00.
